Strategy: 
Part 1 - Video conceptualization: Working along side Ash, I helped plan what he would cover in his video by using Twitter and other YouTubers within the same sphere of influence. We landed on a video about rare and exclusive edit styles for outfits within Fortnite as it was a very popular topic at the time due to controversy around Marvel outfits never returning.

Part 2 - Editing/Flavor: Knowing Ash's audience is younger, I edited the video to make Ash's speaking rhythm quicker to keep retention up. I also added subtitles and content frame changing.

Part 1 - Video Conceptualization: I helped Ash plan a video by utilizing Twitter discourse and current anger over exclusivity about iconic outfits that people could no longer obtain. I helped research different cosmetics he would review and helped organize the video to retain viewers for the longest possible time.

Part 2 - Editing/Flavor: Knowing Ash's audience is younger, I edited the video to make Ash's speaking rhythm quicker to keep retention up. I also added subtitles and content frame changing.

Strategy: 
Part 1 - Video Conceptualization: I was asked to come up with the topic for Ash's upcoming YouTube video. I did this
by utilizing Twitter where many creators and news sites were recently covering if time locked quest items were able to return due to an error by Fortnite in a recent item shop rotation. I suggested he make a video about all the most sought after items and predict when he thought they would return.

Video 4: Hidden SECRETS Within Fortnite Emotes!

Strategy: 
Part 1 - Video Conceptualization: Recently some of Fortnite's biggest videos on YouTube have been fact compilation videos. Ash's audience specifically is drawn to content about emotes within Fortnite so we took this concept and made it our own with emote facts. I did all the research that went into what the video covered and provided a map of how I thought he should cover them to achieve the highest retention possible

YouTube Shorts

Working alongside Ashtvn, we have fine tuned every little detail of his shorts to maximize viewership and subscriber turnover. This has been done using the in-house YouTube media manager. From how fast he speaks to the text animation and sound effects, everything that is in his videos is done very purposefully. As his social media manager, I instruct him on what's trending on YouTube and other platforms such as X/Twitter to make sure he is always on top of what's relevant by keeping an eye on the biggest content creators and general discourse of the community.
